Get faster help

What to include in your message.

A few details up front make it much easier to help quickly. The more specific you can be, the faster you'll get a useful answer.

  • For purchase or refund questions

    Tell us where you bought the product (Amazon, App Store, Google Play, Udemy, or directly from this site) and the approximate date. For digital products purchased directly, also include the email address you used at checkout.

  • For technical issues with an app

    Tell us which app, which device (iPhone, iPad, Android model), the operating system version, and what was happening when the issue occurred. Screenshots help a lot if you can include them.

  • For typos, errors, or content questions

    Tell us which product (book, app, course, or guide), the specific page, section, or question number, and what you noticed. We do update the materials based on reader feedback.

  • For "which product should I buy?"

    Tell us where you are in your program (semester or year), what specifically you're struggling with, and what you've tried so far. We'll point you to the most useful starting place — which sometimes isn't a paid product at all.

Refund policies

Where you bought it determines how you return it.

Books (Amazon)
Returns and refunds are handled by Amazon under their standard policy. Contact Amazon directly through your order page.
Quiz apps (App Store / Google Play)
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google, depending on which platform you bought from. Search "request a refund" in the App Store or Google Play help center.
Courses (Udemy)
Udemy offers a 30-day refund policy on all course purchases. Request a refund from your Udemy purchase history page.
Digital products (this site)
30-day, no-questions-asked refund. Email support@onlinenursetraining.com with the email address you used at checkout, and we'll process the refund within two business days.
