These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and David Zapencki, doing business as Online Nurse Training ("we," "our," or "us"), governing your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, courses, books, email communications, and related products and services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using any of the Services — including creating an account, downloading a free guide, making a purchase, or simply browsing onlinenursetraining.com — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
These Terms apply to:
Some products are sold through third-party platforms (Amazon, Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Udemy). Purchases through these platforms are also governed by those platforms' terms, which apply in addition to ours.

If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization or educational institution, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
Some Services require an account. To create one, you provide an email address, password, and any other information requested.

Violation may result in immediate account termination.
We sell products through several channels, each with its own payment processing. Specific pricing for each product is shown at the point of purchase. Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise noted. Taxes may apply based on your location.
Some products (such as our Quick-Start Bundles and direct course enrollments) are sold directly on the Online Nurse Training website, with payment processed by Stripe. When you make a direct purchase:
In-app purchases and any subscriptions in our mobile applications are processed by Apple or Google, not by us. We do not receive or store your payment information. App-store purchases are governed by the App Store or Play Store terms in addition to these Terms.
Most of our apps offer one-time lifetime unlocks (no recurring charges). Some products may offer subscription pricing instead; details and exact pricing are displayed within the app at purchase.
For any in-app subscription: auto-renewal is enabled by default through the App Store or Play Store. You can disable auto-renewal at any time through your App Store or Play Store subscription settings. We do not have the ability to enable, disable, or modify these subscriptions on your behalf.
Our paperback and ebook workbooks are sold by Amazon. Amazon processes payment, fulfills delivery, and handles all customer service for those purchases. Amazon's terms and refund policies apply to book sales.
Courses sold through Udemy are governed by Udemy's terms, including Udemy's refund policy. We do not directly handle Udemy course transactions.
For purchases made directly on onlinenursetraining.com via Stripe, we offer a 30-day no-questions-asked refund policy from the date of purchase. To request a refund:
The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Once refunded, access to the purchased product will be revoked.
All app store refund requests must go through Apple or Google directly. We do not process these refunds and cannot override Apple's or Google's refund decisions:
Book refunds are handled by Amazon under Amazon's own policies. Contact Amazon directly for book refund requests.
Udemy's 30-day refund policy applies to courses purchased through Udemy. Contact Udemy support for refund requests.
